Food arrived piping hot, cooked to my order & very tasty. I just had the steak & mussels and it was just as good or better than dining at an upscale restaurant. I have never ordered a bad dish from here & a great value when they offer 30% off.

Lobster Club was amazing

This Lobster club was AMAZING! Big chunks of real lobster. I feel like I am in Maine! Such a beautiful presentation. Delivered piping hot from a fairly good distance. I could only eat half. Tomorrows lunch is "in the bag". I can't wait.

Fast delivery on their decent menu. The Prixe Fixe deal is a great one; P & P makes lunchtime a pleasure

I ordered the George's Trawl. The menu lists it under the Main Courses for $19.75. It is described as "macadamia-crusted mahi-mahi with baby micro salad & mango-avocado chutney." When I received the order I didn't even notice the piece of fish because it was so small and covered with the greens. I called and said that it looked like I only got 1/4 of a piece of fish. They said they were sorry and sent a new piece out right away - good customer service. But it was also the same size. The food was very good and I have no complaints on the taste. I just think the item should be listed under salads. It is a salad with a small piece of fish on top. And it is way overpriced for $20.

Screwed up delivery - never order again

Yesterday evening, we requested some condiments sent on the side and they were not there. Also, the hamburgers seemed dry like they were re-heated from earlier in the day. I don't believe anyone will order this particular item. But the rest of the menu was very good.

We love pound and pence. We order the fish and chips once a week. My only complaint is they forget the malt vinegar 50% of the time. Even when you specify malt vinegar in the special comments.

Food is good, but portions are only worth the price if they are offering the 20% discount.

good food but portions small enough that I am back on seamless to order some more

This is definitely pub food and should be reserved for the pub. Got the shepherd's pie and chicken pot pie... portions definitely not worth the price. Guess when you're at the pub having a beer these portions may do.

they are 3 blocks away and it took 90 minutes to get fish and chips. ridiculous.

The food is great, however the overpricing eats into tips for the delivery folks.
